Sign on bonus! Looking for LPN/RN for adorable & easy 5yo
*We are looking for a reliable nurse in Lower Bucks County, PA for our adorable newly 5 little lady who is trach/vent dependent* *What we’re looking for* Seeking RNs or LPNs who have experience or interest in trach/vent. We are willing to train! Harper also has a g-tube, cerebral palsy and epilepsy. . OPENINGS *NIGHTS-Tuesday-Sunday; flexible about the shift start time and duration (i.e., nurse can arrive anywhere between 9-11PM to work an 8-10 hr shift) *DAYS-Saturday and Sunday (shift start time flexible between 5 and 7am) *PRN day or night *About our girl* Harper is easy to care for and love and is very stable (hasn’t been hospitalized in 3.5 years!). We, her parents, do all of her nighttime care and tuck her in at 8pm before nightshift starts. Overnight she gets 2 feeds and a med and requires very occasional suction. Otherwise, she just needs her nurse to stay awake to make sure she stays connected to her vent and monitor for any concerns (which are very rare). During the day, she is a happy, silly girly who loves to listen to stories, play with her switch toys, go for walks, cuddle and bounce. *About our family* We live in lower bucks county (30 minutes from Philadelphia) in our own home with close access to multiple highways. We are easy to work with and our current nurses have been with us for years. We are a non-smoking household with no pets and also have a 4-month old baby boy. Our lack of consistent night nursing causes only one of us to be able to work and really impacts our quality of life. We take our daughter’s health seriously and stay up all night when nursing calls out. Please help us get out of survival mode!
