Hi. My name is Alison Jade, I’m 4 months old (3M corrected). I’ve spent my entire life so far at Luries children’s hospital in Chicago. I am clinically diagnosed with CHARGE syndrome to which have resulted in me having severe hearing loss in my left ear and colobomas in both eyes (still unsure how much it’s affected my eye vision). My diagnosis doesn’t stop me however! I’m a sweet happy girl who is always smiling, wanting some playtime, and cuddles! I am very stable, require frequent suction when I’m awake. Equipment: Vent : Astro Feeding pump : infinity I am steady on 21% room air oxygen. Only take vitamins and 1 medication. I am now on my home vent so my search for home nursing has began. My dad works 3rd shift and my works from home running their own business. I am an only child besides our 2 dogs waiting for me at home , we have small dogs (a corgi and a mini golden doodle)! I live by Hermosa Park in Chicago IL which is 30-40 mins from downtown.
