Hello, I'm Samuel Zierke’s Family.

Samuel is 3 1/2 years old, and a three year survivor of a heart transplant, four massive ischemic strokes, dependent on G-tube, a crawler learning to walk, nonverbal but communicates with AAC device. he’s happy 90% of the time, a joy!
