Genesis is 7 years old. Her diagnosis is Lissencephaly. She is non-ambulatory, gtube fed, also can have thickened liquids and purée by mouth. She is monitored for seizures. She has a Cecostomy and we do daily saline flushes. She is non-verbal and uses a communication device. She has a very sweet and funny personality. Everyone of her caregivers absolutely adores her. Evening shifts consist of dinner, bath, bedtime routine, bedtime gtube feed, medications and some play time mixed with therapies. Weekends include additional meal times ​/​ gtube feedings, cecostomy flush, going out with the family to do fun activities, helping with PT and OT therapies. We are looking for the following times: Monday 8:15am to 10:15pm Tuesday 8:15am to 10:15pm Wednesday 8:15am to 10:15pm Friday 6:15pm to 10:15pm Saturday 11:15am to 10:15pm Sunday 2:30pm to 10:30pm There is flexibility.
