We are looking for PDN help for our 10 year old daughter with Costello Syndrome. We currently work with Maxim, and are looking for someone that is interested in working with them. We currently have day shifts (7 AM - 3 PM) available Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The Fri​/​Mon shifts will include (once you are comfortable) taking our daughter to school and supporting her medical needs there. She has a dedicated bus pickup with a lift. The weekend shifts are hanging out at our home. Nicole is full of energy and loves to play and eat. She is non-verbal but has a lot to say, and can keep a room full of adults singing her songs and all doing head shoulders knees and toes. Nicole eats orally (with help), but has a g-tube for meds (which she has a lot of), for extra water, and for venting​/​helping her burb. She also has an colostomy (but it's actually much more convenient than you would think). Nicole is also currently recovering from an heel cord surgery and has casts on both her legs (but is pretty mobile). Looking to add to the great team we have supporting our daughter!
